Frances' Lodge is a large, airy, elegant country house that was once the Farmhouse and the “Limonaia” (a Tuscan “Lemon-house” for winter storage of potted lemon trees) of the adjacent eighteenth century Villa.
The property was built by your host Franco's family almost three centuries ago as a summer retreat on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees with a breathtaking view of Siena, less than a mile from town and today, only a ten minute bus ride away.

Exclusive and private, with only six double rooms, we offer a full breakfast ( in good weather served in the peaceful historical garden), private shaded parking, a spectacular swimming pool, and an unbeatable view.
